In Reserva Faunística Península Valdés you have the opportunity to see and experience a great wildlife. Sun & sea
Many of the argentines go to nearby countries on their spare time and holiday to visit the bigger beaches. However Argentina has a whole lot to offer.
Puerto Madryn offers tourism and industry. The beaches can represent that they don´t have a lot to offer, but from June to mid December is the Eubalaena whale visiting. The whales are the big tourist attraction and from July to September, they get so close so that the tourists can see them from the town pier. Mar Del Plata on the other hand are everything but modest with its many visitors, tourists and argentines. During a summer weekend you can count on that the beach is packed with people and that you can´t swim as much as you want, but this is the charm about this place. Argentina is mostly famous for its rhythmic movements to the passionate tango. The tango was born here in the late 1700-century. Two famous tango singers are Carlos Gardel and Susana Rinaldi.
From a geographical point of view Argentina offers a large cultural variety, you can experience the Andes, Ushuaia in Tierra del Fuego, Patagonia, Pampas and beaches. Buenos Aires is a big, exuberant and spirited seaport that goes along the river Rio de la Plata. The city is a mixture of many different styles and that shows in the rich and diverse culture identity that’s created hare. The local people are called Portenos and they are talkative in a great way, they have a rich and nuanced culture identity. Buenos Aires therefore offers a great variety of different cultures. You will have a lot of things to do and see, everything from the street markets, steak restaurants, antique shops to the bohemian suburbs. The city is also classified as South Americas electro/techno capital and Buenos Aires also have one of the world’s famous opera scenes, Teatro Colón.
Pato is Argentina’s national sport and the sport is practiced from the horse back combined with elements from polo and basketball. However this might not be the first thing you think about when you think of sport in Argentina. Thoughts often goes to soccer and Diego Maradona that was a well-known soccer player, so soccer lies warm in the hearts of the Argentine people.
